Luncheon Tuesday 15th June - Singaporean Char Kway Teow

This month we are bringing back our revered Asian Chef de Cuisine Keng Wong who will introduce us to some Singaporean delight - "Char Kway Teow". This is a very popular South East Asian dish which will be freshly cooked using our brand new Tiger Wok burner which will be set up on the outside of the conference room.  To finish off the meal, the Kitchen team will also produce a light Malay dessert called "Pulot Hitam" which is black gloutinous rice with coconut milk.

Cost for food will be $12 with beer and wine at standard prices.

As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration.  If you intend to use a credit carried over from a previous event, please reply to this email and we will book you in. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before this luncheon. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.

Please register early to avoid the disappointment of missing this jolly occasion as the room capacity is still limited 33 patrons.  We hope you will join us!
