SCMS Pizza-making Masterclass

Dear SCMS Kitchen Team Member,

Our Pizza Masterchef Simon Benwell has kindly offered to teach us all about making delicious "Pizzas a la Simon" at the Men's Shed. This will involve all stages of the process starting with making of the Red Sauce, the pizza balls, firing of the wood-fired oven and the prep and cooking of his delicious pizzas. The masterclass will be "hands-on" for all participants and the end result will be enjoyed as a group lunch.

The ultimate aim of this masterclass is to introduce more SCMS kitchen team members to our Pizza-making process and help in running Pizza events when Simon might not be available in future.

Please grab a free ticket for this event to help us gauge interest and purchase the required amount of ingredients to feed everybody. We will have a natural limit of participants, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
