Our Organisation Structure

The Showgrounds Community Men’s Shed (SCMS) has an overarching Management Committee which is supported by our various Program Groups and Sub Committees. The sub committess are in place to oversee key functions across the Shed including Safety, Maintenance and ICT (Information, Communications and Technology).

Members are elected to the Committee at the AGM each year and serve one year terms taking on the various roles that are needed to keep our organisation performing for the benefit of members.
 

There are also a group of skilled Program Team Leaders who manage the day to day operations within each of the Program Teams.  Some of these Program Team Leaders also sit on the Management Committee.
