After a well-served break over the festive season, your intrepid Kitchen Team is ready to roll up their sleeves again and prepare a sumptous meal to be enjoyed under the stars in our SCMS Garden area! For this, Kitchen Team Lead Werner Ribul has designed a tantalising menu comprised of a mains of roasted Porchetta, potatoes and cauliflower - all cooked in our famous Wood-fired oven and combined with a refreshing garden salad. To finish off the meal, our new pastry chef Andrew Britton will deliver his own version of a Summer trifle.
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices. As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before this luncheon. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
For this event, spouses and partners are welcome to join so please register early to avoid the disappointment of missing out on this occasion as the venue capacity is strictly limited. We hope you will be able to join us!
