To reflect the change in season (yes, summer 2023 is over!), we will be firing up our wood-fired oven to cook a classic, meat-centred meal comprising of a "slow-cooked Beef Brisket" with oven-roasted vegtables and a tasty coleslaw. Finally, our young Pastry-chef Andrew Britton will deliver a simple but delighful dessert of "Brownies with Cream".
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices. As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before this luncheon. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
For this event, spouses and partners are very welcome to join, so please register early to avoid the disappointment of missing out on this occasion as the venue capacity is strictly limited. We hope you will be able to join us!
