After our successful visit to Morocco last month and, shortly after recovering from a meat-laden Easter weekend, we are going back to Old School basics. Without a named head chef, your Kitchen Team will be preparing an Italian classic of Penne Rigata with a tasty Tuna Tomato Sauce. This will be accompanied by a simple summer salad to balance the carbs of the pasta. The dessert is a closely-garded secret but is certainly going to please your tastebuds!
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices. As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
