For this special Monthly members luncheon, we have invited Ilyana Belous to lead our Kitchen Team and help us cook some traditional Ukrainian food! We will be introducing the best of Ukraine with a hearty "Borscht" (Beetroot soup), followed by the quintessential Ukrainian National dish of "Chicken Kyiv" with a light mixed salad. The dessert of the day will be "Nalesnyky" (Pancakes with apple filling).
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices. Through our guest chef Ilyana, we will make the proceeds to the luncheon available to a chosen Ukrainian Help Fund, so please consider to join our lunch and help to support their efforts in the war with Russia.
As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
