For the July Members luncheon, Bill Macleod will return to lead the Kitchen Team in the preparation of some soul-warming winter food that originates from the Meditarranean region. We will be cooking "Spinach & Ricotta Dumplings" in a tasty tomato sauce, followed by an equally pleasing French dessert of "Pear Clafoutis".
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to michael.henderson@outlook.com.au. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
