For our August Members luncheon, Kitchen team lead Werner Ribul has brought back some tantalising recipes from his recent visit to Central Europe. He will lead the SCMS Kitchen Team in the preparation of a traditional Hungarian meat dish of "Szegediner Goulash" with boiled potatoes, followed by a classic Austrian dessert of "Topfelstrudel".
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com . No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
