For our first Members luncheon in 2024, Deputy Kitchen team leader Michael Henderson will lead the Kitchen team in the preparation of a healthy & tasty "Salad Niçoise" with fresh salmon which will be served with a crusty "Stockbrot" to mop up all juices. For dessert, and suitable for the season, we will serve a "Summer Pudding".
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com . No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
