For our March 2024 Members luncheon, we have managed to persuade Greg Knight to lead the Kitchen team - his first adventure at the 'helm'! Greg has chosen to cook a traditional French dish of "Coq-au-Vin" with a tasty potato mash and a fresh garden salad. For dessert, we will serve some tangy "poached blood plums with ice cream" - something that is sure to please everyone's tastebuds!
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com . No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
