For the June SCMS Members Luncheon, we have secured the services of Chef Jeremy Wallace to lead our Kitchen Team in the preparation of a true winter warmer: a delicious "Slow-cooked Lamb Shoulder with Lentils". Jeremy has attempted to pass his 'apprenticeship' test several times in the past but things have gotten into his way. Not so this time round! For dessert, he promises to deliver his daughters favorite sweet dish, a sumptuous "Peach & Raspberry Cake with Cream" - how could anybody not want to taste this food?
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices.
To help us gauge demand, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event, Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
