This month our Kitchen Team deputy leader Michael Henderson will lead the cooking class team in the preparation of a classic Greek Moussaka and a fresh garden salad. Anyone needing to know just how good the Moussaka is only needs to talk to Les Gunn.
Dessert will be croissant bread and butter pudding with chocolate and raspberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum !
Cost for food will be $20 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we need pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
