Hello Cooking Class Sheddies.
The next class will be on Tuesday 26 March at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.
This month, at the suggestion of Mike Somerville-Brown, we will cook spicy fish tacos followed by pavlova with fresh cream, fruits and berries.
The meringue for the pavlova needs to be made and baked the day before. I will prepare the meringue at 2pm on Monday 25 March 2024 in the kitchen at the Shed. The prep should take less than an hour. Please try to come on Monday afternoon so you get the full experience.
A fixed cost of $18 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
I have limited the ticket numbers to 12 to avoid overcrowding in the kitchen. Please purchase your ticket in advance.
