This month's SCMS Members Luncheon will introduce a new concept to many shed members, an Austrian-style risotto which is commonly known as a "Reisfleisch". Team leader Werner Ribul will done his Chef's apron to teach the Kitchen team a few tricks out of the Austrian cooking school. For dessert, we will deliver a true Austrian Classic of "Apple Strudel" with some vanilla icecream. This should please a lot of our shed members!
Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices.
To help us gauge demand, we require pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event, Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
