SCMS Cooking Class 6 August 2024

Hello again Cooking Class Sheddies

I hope you will join me for the next class which will be on Tuesday 6 August at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.

This month the menu includes moussaka with a light side salad. This will be followed by galaktoboureko (a Greek custard baked in filo pastry with syrup).

The current plan is to make the mousssaka on the afternoon of Monday 5 August (starting at 1.30pm) and to make the galaktoboureko on the morning of Tuesday 6 August. After you purchase a ticket, please also email me to let me know whether you will be able to also attend on Monday afternoon.

A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.

Please purchase your ticket in advance.

As always, I look forward to seeing you on the day.

For Mike and Les who are owed a credit from the previous class - please just respond to this email letting me know that you will attend (but do not buy a ticket).
