Health & Wisdom Walking Group

The walking group continues to grow with 10 members starting out on the walk last Monday, up from 6 members on the first week.

The regular Monday morning walking group leaves the entrance to our Shed at 9:30am for a 1 hour walk around the Showgrounds and adjoining Claremont area.

All members are welcome to attend and participate in this Health Wisdom Group initiative.

The intent for this group is to be self supporting so that the walk will take place regardless of whether or not any of the Group Leadership team are available. The Leadership team will try to get there but work, golf, kayaking, family or holidays may at times prevent them from attending. Also it is hoped that slightly inclement weather will not necessarily prevent the walk from happening.

Following the walk, we shall indulge in some fresh scones, jam and cream at the regular Monday morning smoko at the Shed.

We would welcome as many members as possible to join us for a great walk and opportunity for even better fellowship.
