SCMS March 2025 Sundowner - Roast Porchetta

For our March Sundowner, your Kitchen Team is ready to roll up their sleeves again and prepare a sumptous meal to be enjoyed 'under the stars' in our SCMS Garden area.

Kitchen Team Lead Werner Ribul has decided to bring back one of our all-time favourite menus featuring Roast Porchetta, potatoes, corn cobs and cauliflower with a Firecracker sauce - all cooked in our famous Wood-fired oven and combined with a refreshing no-mayo Coleslaw.

To finish off the meal, we will serve you another SCMS favourite, a Summer Fruit Pavlova. This surely is going to 'knock you out for 6'!

For this event, spouses and partners are welcome to join so please register early to avoid the disappointment of missing out on this occasion as the venue capacity is strictly limited.  

Cost for food for this special occasion will be $25 with beer and wine at standard prices.  

As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration.  You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com . No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
