Hello Cooking Class Sheddies

Welcome to another year of cooking and enjoying each other's company in the kitchen.

I hope you will join me for the first class of 2025 which will be on Tuesday 18 February at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.

This month the menu includes Salad Niçoise with fresh salmon. This dish was made for a monthly lunch last year and is perfect for hot weather. At the request of Neil McKinnon, this will be followed by a Greek custard pie Galatopita. We made this in a class about 18 months ago but a good recipe bears a repeat !

A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
