SCMS Cooking Class 15 April 2025

Hello Cooking Class Sheddies

I hope you will join me for the next cooking class on Tuesday 15 April at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.00pm.

This month Mike Somerville-Brown will lead us in the preparation of his delicious fish curry with accompanying tomato and red onion salad and cucumber raita. A big thank you to Mike for agreeing to share.

This will be followed by a fresh fruit platter with some candied pecans to nibble on  for a sweet finish.

A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
