Hello Cooking Class Sheddies
I hope you will join me for the next cooking class on Tuesday 27 May at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.
This month we will make the classic Singaporean noodle stir fry char kway teow. As usual, we will have 2 electric woks on the bench, so everyone will be able to have a go. I cooked the dish for the monthly lunch in April and it was well received. Here is your opportunity to master the dish.
This will be followed by a blueberry crostata (blueberries and almonds baked in a sweet shortcrust pastry).
A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
