SCMS Cooking Class 24 June 2025

Hello Cooking Class Sheddies

I hope you will join me for the next cooking class on Tuesday 24 June at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.

This month we will make the well known Anglo-Indian brunch dish Kedgeree (a flavourful mix of steamed rice, smoked fish, curry and corriander). 

This will be followed by rhubarb cake with a warm home made caramel sauce (just the thing for a cool winter's day). 

A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
