October is traditionally a time for celebrations in Bavaria and we will be preparing some authentic "Octoberfest" food for our Monthly Members Luncheon. This time, you will be able to enjoy a nice slice of our freshly baked "Schweinsbraten" (pork roast) with a traditional "Knödel" (bread dumpling) and some tasty "Sauerkraut".
This will be followed by some Austrian "Apfel-Mohn Kuchen" (apple & poppy seed cake) which will be served with a dollop of freshly whipped cream. A sumptious Oktoberfest banquet!
Cost for food will be $20 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we need pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
