SCMS Luncheon - September 2025

This month - Egypt, the land of pyramids and camels !

For the September monthly members lunch, our very own Sami Tadros will lead the Kitchen Team in preparing traditional Kebab Hallah (a very tasty Egyptian beef stew) served with a mix of rice and noodles.

Dessert will be Basbousa (semolina cake) served with fresh whipped cream (yum). 

Sami assures us that he learnt each of the recipes at his mother's knee !

So sign up, come along and enjoy a great meal with your mates before the Royal Show starts in earnest. Cost for food will be $20 with beer and wine at standard prices.  

As usual, we need pre-payment with your registration.  You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
