Hello Cooking Class Sheddies

The Royal Show is over for another year. Well done to all those who volunteered at the Shed during the Show.

I hope you will join me for the next cooking class on Tuesday 21 October at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.

We will cook two Greek dishes. The main course will be Chicken and Orzo Youvetsi (a hearty chicken, tomato and herb one pan dish served with olives and fetta cheese). 

The dessert will be Greek lemon pie with phyllo pastry. 

A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
