Greece here we come (without the plate smashing) !
The November lunch will start with Greek Chicken and Orzo Youvetsi (a chicken and tomato risotto style dish with kalamata olives and feta cheese - yum).
This will be followed by a Greek Lemon and Filo Pastry Pie which will be served with a dollop of freshly whipped cream.
The lunch will be presented by members of the 2025 Cooking Class group.
Cost for food will be $20 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we need pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
