SCMS Cooking Class 25 November 2025

Hello Cooking Class Sheddies

I hope you will join me for the next cooking class on Tuesday 25 November at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.

As I mentioned at the last class, we are fortunate to have Bill Macleod as our guest presenter this month. He will lead the class and help us to make 3 Vietnamese dishes - Fried Spring Rolls, Baked Fish in Banana Leaf and Green Mango Salad. Bill visited Vietnam earlier this year and is looking forward to sharing these dishes.

This will be the final class for 2025 as December is busy for everyone and we also have the Shed Christmas party. 

A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
