Hello Cooking Class Sheddies
Happy New Year to All and welcome to another year of cooking classes.
I hope you will join me for the next cooking class on Tuesday 27 January at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.
We will make Thai Grilled Chicken (Gai Yang) and a delicious Thai dipping sauce (Nam Jim Jaew) to accompany the chicken. This will be served with steamed jasmine rice and greens. For those who are not keen on chillies - fear not. The recipes will include options to limit the spice.
This will be Apple Crumble Slice with a dollop of whipped cream. Yum.
A fixed cost of $20 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
