Fish en Papillotte by "Chef Mario" !
For the February monthly lunch we will be preparing the classic French seafood dish "Fish en Papillotte". Chef Mario Properzi will lead our Kitchen Team in the preparation of this dish which will be served with a fresh garden salad.
This will be followed by a surprise dessert fitting for the summery conditions - you will love it!
So sign up, come along and enjoy a meal with your mates! Cost for food will be $25 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we need pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
