We are off to sunny Italy for Lunch !
For the April monthly lunch we will be preparing a selection of "Shed-made Pastas with Sauces".
Chef Geoff Ross will lead our Kitchen Team in the preparation of traditional Spaghetti Bolognese and some Tagliatelle al Pesto Genovese. The pasta will be served with a small side salad.
To complete our gastronomic trip to Italy, Pastry Chef Mario Properzi will produce one of his favourite desserts, a classic Tiramisu. If you love Italian food, you do not want to miss this event!
So sign up, come along and enjoy a meal with your mates! Cost for food will be $25 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we need pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
