Wellbeing - Understanding AI and what you can use it for

In this session Jim Gall will give us a some real world examples of how we can use AI in our life.

As well as explaining just what AI is, Jim will demonstrate some examples of using AI to complete tasks and make life easier (maybe).

2. Ask ChatGpt to produce a useful set of instructions - build a table

3. Provide Chatgpt with input data and ask for something to be done with
List of ingredients - get Chatgpt to generate some dinner options and
associated recipes

4. Use Voice mode to ask a question

Use to generate an image - based on textual description

Provide an image and ask for it to be modified in some way

I.e covert to colour - old photo

Change background of a photo 

4. Use Google Docs -  to take a handwritten letter and decipher the text.

Use Chatgpt to tidy up the text

Take a scan of a typed family story, extract text, then generate a dated log of the events from the story.

Ask Copilot generate a storyboard scene image of events from the story.

5.  Animate an old photo using Adobe firefly

6.  Generate  lyrics for a song based on an event from someone’s life.

Use Suno to generate music for the lyrics - based on style and instruments suggested from audience
