SCMS Cooking Class March 2026

Hello Cooking Class Sheddies

Our next cooking class falls on St. Patrick's day. What better excuse for some Irish food and a drop of Guiness if you wish.

I hope you will join me for the next class on Tuesday 17 March at 9am. We will eat what we cook and lunch will be at about 12.30pm.

We will have a guest cook Chris Black (who has strong Irish roots) who will help us make pork steak with an apple cider and mustard sauce. This will be served with creamy mashed potatoes (of course) and vegetables. 

I will introduce the dessert which will be spiced apple cake with lashings of warm custard. 

So, as you see, apples are the ingredient of the day !

A fixed cost of $25 per person will apply to each class to cover ingredients. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on the day.
