Making “Connect Four” game boards - Show & Tell

You have probably seen these games in all sizes ranging from cheap-n-cheerful little plastic ones to large and substantial versions made for playing in the garden.

Well, between the monthly lunch and the Hitchhikers Guide Travel Group gathering, John Hassell and Bill MacLeod will show members through a range of possibilities for making these games.

Why would you want to make one, or many, of these?  They are a gift you can make for friends and relatives of all ages.  Also, we would like to have some big ones and some small ones, some cheap ones and some fancy ones for sale during the show.  

We will be showing you examples made with standard woodworking tools, with laser machine and with CNC router.
