A voyage to India ....
Greg Knight leads the Kitchen Team this month in making 2 delicious Indian curries, Saag Ghosht (lamb with spinach) and Aloo Gobi (potato and cauliflower). These will be served with steamed rice, Naan bread (made in our own kitchen, of course) and Raita (cucumber and yoghurt). The curries will be spiced just right - no need to bring the fire extinguisher !
For dessert, we will enjoy Kheer a traditional sweet rice dish with cardamon, almonds and pistachios (yum).
So sign up, come along and enjoy a meal with your mates! Cost for food will be $25 with beer and wine at standard prices.
As usual, we need pre-payment with your registration. You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. Should you need to cancel, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com. No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee.
