The March 3rd Wine Appreciation Group event will be hosted by Leith Gerreyn,  Steve Gerreyn's son and a past member of our group.  Leigh is a Western Australia-based wine professional with close ties to the Australian wine industry hosting premium wine events around the country. The event will comprise a vertical tasting of Moss Wood Merlot ranging from 2014 to 2022 vintages.  This wine comes from their Ribbon Vale winery in Willyabrup.  This vineyard has always produced good wine but has certainly benefitted from the Mugford magic touch (since 2000) and consistently produces Merlot that is rated at 95 points and above. This is surely going to be an entertaining and educational event.  As usual there will be 20 places available at $25 a ticket so be quick.  If you miss out on getting a ticket please email me (slkeenihan@gmail.com) in case there are any last minute cancellations.
