SCMS February 2024 Sundowner - Roast Porchetta
Showgrounds Community Men's Shed
06:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Now that we are up-and-running again, it's time to put on a serious feast for our February sundowner. Your intrepid Kitchen Team is ready to roll up their sleeves again and prepare a sumptous meal to be enjoyed under the stars in our SCMS Garden area. Kitchen Team Lead Werner Ribul has decided to bring back one of our favourite menus comprised of a mains of Roasted Porchetta, potatoes and cauliflower - all cooked in our famous Wood-fired oven and combined with a refreshing garden salad. To finish off the meal, we will deliver another SCMS favourite, a Summer Fruit Pavlova. For this event, spouses and partners are welcome to join so please register early to avoid the disappointment of missing out on this occasion as the venue capacity is strictly limited.   Cost for food will be $18 with beer and wine at standard prices.   As usual, we require pre-payment with your registration.  You will be able to get a credit towards a future event if you cancel at least 1 day before the event, please send an email to wernerribul@mac.com . No-shows on the day will forfeit their ticket fee. We hope you will be able to join us! Best regards, Werner.
